Renovation and addition to existing Rosemont Neighborhood Center to include Gymnasium and support spaces. 2021 Innovative project of the year for public assembly buildings by the USGBC-FL (U.S. Green Building Council), LEED Gold. Completed in association with McCree General Contractors and Architects, and Rhodes + Brito Architects.
